Emporio for all intents and purposes looks like a normal cubone, being a golden brown color with dark gold (seemingly 'black' with the helmet on) eyes; the primary differences being that he's somewhat underweight and on the small side (standing at just barely over a foot tall), with a number of scars on his person.
To be more precise, there is a bullet scar through his left shoulder, and a series of worn electrical scars across his hands and forearms.
Beyond this, the largest difference between himself and other cubone is his refusal to regularly wear his bone skull helmet- instead, this helmet is held on his back with straps, able to be flipped into place if he feels the need. Typically, this is either for protection (such as during missions), or for comfort (via an instinct to hide).
Currently his moveset includes: Secret Power (Normal), Focus Energy (Status), Tail Whip (Status), and Headbutt (Normal).
