Met at Route 31 (level 10) | Apr 3, 2020 While a number of ghosts were getting curious about Emporio as he came through, Oxy was the first one Emporio actually properly fought- it got too distracted to shy away, ultimately. After catching it, he found her far sweeter than both appearance and dex entry would lead him to think...but he opted to name it for something a little more sneakily bitter admittedly.
Once she evolved, she took to trying to take Emporio up for piggyback rides!! She's so much larger now... (And more substantial...)
Having seen what sort of character 'Wes' is, she firmly took Emporio's eviolite stone and refused to let go. After looking into its effects, Emporio took it to mean she wishes to not evolve.
