They're very soft and caring though, even if they seem eager to push Emporio into things he's nervous about. They very recently evolved after visiting the Safari Zone- and now they're orange!? Also a dragon?? They like hugs.

While she isn't part of the party, he did ultimately promise to look after him, so he keeps him out and about to at least play when he can. Fortunately they're more inclined to cat-nap than anything. At his request, Jolyne purchased a moon stone so that they could evolve- they're as large as Sparks now! But far less inclined to carry him about.

-> -> LUXRAY ♂ | Sparks OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 80 Type: ELECTRIC Ability: Intimidate Nature & Characteristic: Bold | Proud of its power Moveset: Tackle, Leer, Charge, Baby-Doll Eyes, Spark, Bite, Roar, Swagger, Thunder Fang, Electric Terrain, Crunch, Scary Face, Discharge, Wild Charge, Electric Terrain Met at Route 29 (level 12) | Mar 30, 2020 They grew very quick, and very eagerly. Sparks is a bit quick to decide they're 'right', and even went so far as to attack wild pokemon without pause until the battles were over after his capture- not to mention throwing Emporio on his back on his own, possibly because they just Weren't Fast Enough for his liking. They've reached some sort of accord, but he's quite the proud one. Now that he's a Luxray, riding him is far more comfortable- even if some of the other pokemon try to take that role as well.

-> MEOWSTIC ♂ | EMP OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 74 Type: PSYCHIC Ability: Keen Eye Nature & Characteristic: Hasty | Highly Curious Moveset: Scratch, Leer, Fake Out, Disarming Voice, Confusion, Covet, Mean Look, Helping Hand, Charm, Psybeam, Sucker Punch, Role Play, Light Screen, Reflect, Psyshock, Imprison, Quick Guard, Psychic, Misty Terrain Met at Route 30 (level 6) | Apr 2, 2020 Another kitten, though this one feels more precocious. Or at least more curious? More active? They tend to wander a bit, staring at things intently, but Emporio can't help but wonder if that's just EMP's face. Having evolved, EMP is more obviously curious than unnerving- though they are very careful to keep those ears closed!

HAUNTER ♀ | Oxy OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 75 Type: GHOST/POISON Held Item: Eviolite Ability: Levitate Nature & Characteristic: Mild | Often lost in thought Moveset: Lick, Confuse Ray, Hypnosis, Mean Look, Payback, Spite, Curse, Hex, Night Shade, Shadow Punch, Sucker Punch, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, Dream Eater Met at Route 31 (level 10) | Apr 3, 2020 While a number of ghosts were getting curious about Emporio as he came through, Oxy was the first one Emporio actually properly fought- it got too distracted to shy away, ultimately. After catching it, he found her far sweeter than both appearance and dex entry would lead him to think...but he opted to name it for something a little more sneakily bitter admittedly. Once she evolved, she took to trying to take Emporio up for piggyback rides!! She's so much larger now... (And more substantial...) Having seen what sort of character 'Wes' is, she firmly took Emporio's eviolite stone and refused to let go. After looking into its effects, Emporio took it to mean she wishes to not evolve.

-> CHINGLING ♂ | Jingle OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 55 Type: PSYCHIC Ability: Levitate Nature & Characteristic: Impish | Scatters things often Moveset: Wrap, Growl, Astonish, Confusion, Yawn, Last Resort, Entrainment Met at Sprout Tower (level 15) | Apr 4, 2020 Emporio was rather surprised by Chingling, what with it being his first experience with 'inanimate' pokemon. The bell thing is a little silly, playing around like a toddler would, but ultimately it's not too hard to keep them out of trouble. They're very small after all- and actually they typically sit on Reedy.

-> GOLURK ∅ | Robo OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 63 Type: GROUND/GHOST Ability: Iron Fist Nature & Characteristic: Careful | Alert to sounds Moveset: High Horsepower, Focus Punch, Mud-Slap, Astonish, Defense Curl, Pound, Shadow Punch, Curse, Night Shade, Stomping Tantrum, Iron Defense, Mega Punch, Shadow Ball, Heavy Slam, Phantom Force, Hammer Arm, Earthquake Met at Ruins of Alph (level 11) | Apr 4, 2020 Emporio isn't actually sure Golurk are supposed to be this fragile. He has a feeling the Golurk feels the same. As it is, he'd barely set up camp for the night outside of Violet when the literal giant showed up with a pilfered tarp from one of the active digs. ...Which was nice of them, he figured, so now they're on his party.

She was quite persistant in her attack, swooping as often as she can. Ultimately he caught the zubat, and before he knew it she'd even gone and evolved! It was much longer before the next one, but that's just fine.

-> DIGGERSBY ♂ | Scoops OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 40 Type: NORMAL Ability: Pick Up Nature & Characteristic: Hardy | Good Perserverance Moveset: Mud-Slap, Leer, Tackle, Laser Focus, Mud Shot, Flail, Double Kick, Bulldoze, Dig, Bounce, Take Down Met at Route 32 (level 16) | Apr 11, 2020 Emporio encountered this bunnelby not far from the exit of the cave- it was hard at work digging, which made him feel a bit bad when his pokemon team opted to immediately attack. It quickly made THEM regret it instead, though he did at least come out of it the victor before the rabbit could kick them to the last poke-center. He's glad he used the name 'Scoops' now that they're a Diggersby- look at those ears!!

-> -> DECIDUEYE ♂ | Bow OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 70 Type: GRASS/GHOST Ability: Overgrow Nature & Characteristic: Quirky | Somewhat Stubborn Moveset: Tackle, Growl, Leafage, Astonish, Peck, Shadow Sneak, Razor Leaf, Synthesis, Pluck, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Leaf Blade, Spirit Shackle, Phantom Force, Leaf Storm, U-Turn, Spite, Feather Dance, Brave Bird Met at Ilex Forest (level 14) | Apr 12, 2020 Formerly a Rowlet, they evolved quickly- and he's another fine example of something that just wouldn't quit. While it didn't quite feel like when he caught his ghost types, there's something not quite right he feels... As it is, the owl is strange indeed. Aside from perching on any headspace available prior evolution (pokemon or otherwise), he's awake all through the day! Now that he's evolved his final time, he seems...strangely humanlike beyond that actually... (So weird...he's taller than Emporio is...)

-> -> GENGAR ♂ | 'Wes' OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 56 Type: GHOST/POISON Ability: Cursed Body Nature & Characteristic: Naughty | Thoroughly Cunning Moveset: Shadow Punch, Perish Song, Reflect Type, Lick, Confuse Ray, Hypnosis, Mean Look, Payback, Spite, Curse, Hex, Night Shade, Sucker Punch, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond Met at Cerulean Castle (level 13) | Apr 18, 2020 He was originally named 'Weather', once Emporio realized he had a second pokemon to name at all- that in itself wasn't even until the accidental trade during Prom 2020- but while he was named 'Weather', Emporio quickly decided the name didn't suit him much. Unfortunately the reason it 'didn't suit him' was the same reason he had to compromise with the gengar and just shorten the name down. Stupid Wes and his stupid blue ghost-ness...

After everything that happened, he doesn't think the people from the castle will miss it.

-> DRIFBLIM ♀ | Violet OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 40 Type: GHOST/FLYING Ability: Unburden Nature & Characteristic: Lonely | Strong Willed Moveset: Minimize, Astonish, Gust, Focus Energy, Payback, Hex, Shadow Ball, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Phantom Force, Self-Destruct, Destiny Bond Met at Route 37 (level 24) | Apr 21, 2020 While travelling down Route 37, more than just one Drifloon tried taking Emporio off- a whole flock of them did! There was a fairly large battle in the following moments, and it's astounding that one even stayed behind long enough to be caught.

-> -> TOUCANNON ♀ | Poker OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 37 Type: NORMAL/FLYING Ability: Skill Link Nature & Characteristic: Sassy | Highly Persistent Moveset: Rock Blast, Peck, Growl, Echoed Voice, Rock Smash, Supersonic, Pluck, Roost, Fury Attack, Beak Blast, Screech, Drill Peck Met at Route 37 (level 21) | Apr 22, 2020 She was caught in the crossfire of the Drifloon swarm. Apparently she considers the group responsible, as she refused to leave after all was said and done- Emporio grudgingly caught her, but her attitude leaves much to be desired.

PA'U ORICORIO ♀ | Hula OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 31 Type: PSYCHIC/FLYING Ability: Dancer Nature & Characteristic: Bashful | Highly Persistent Moveset: Pound, Growl, Peck, Helping Hand, Air Cutter, Baton Pass, Feather Dance, Double Slap, Teeter Dance, Roost Met at Bell Tower (level 23) | Apr 25, 2020 While visiting the Bell Tower, a whole flock of these birds put a dance together for Emporio. He got a bit distracted by them admittedly, but since it was supposed to be a 'tourist day' he didn't mind. One even came home with him!

-> PUMPKABOO ♀ | Bats OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 40 Type: GHOST/GRASS Ability: Frisk Nature & Characteristic: Lax | Very Finicky Moveset: Trick-or-Treat, Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Confuse Ray, Razor Leaf, Leech Seed, Bullet Seed, Scary Face, Worry Seed, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Trick Met at Bell Tower (level 24) | Apr 25, 2020 There were plenty of ghosts in the Bell Tower, but the 'pumpkin ones' were fairly neat in Emporio's opinion. Since he could only experience Halloween from a distance at Green Dolphin, the idea of a living Jack o Lantern was just plain cool! She's apparently an 'average' size, which suits him fine.

Mortar, a crowd of literal bears came out from the trees to have a standoff. It looked pretty intense for a little bit- at least until one of them proceeded to scoop Emporio up and growl at every other bear there. Who caught who again? (He may have named her with a pun in mind based on that; even if saying he named her 'whose' is silly out loud)

Mortar (level 40) | Apr 29, 2020 He didn't initially have a name for this thing, but when she swiftly evolved it was immediately clear- the egg shape. The Paint Pattern. The bunny ears! It was like looking at inmates creating easter decorations all over, and now 'Easter' is just going to have to deal with that.

(He's pretty sure it's because their heads are white) Ultimately, it ended with 'well he's not bald, look at all those feathers', so Mullet it is...

They like to roll around in circles, and follow after the 'team' most of the time.

No longer small enough to sit on laps and look adorable, Squid is quite oblivious, and Emporio unfortunately has to tell people that he's not trying to attack them.

Emporio doesn't know what to think though- he mostly thinks this thing was just curious. It kept sneaking around their camp along the route, staring at them. Then again right after that they ran into those Delibirds... For once, Emporio asked for name suggestions here.

EISCUE ♂ | Lego OT: Emporio Alniño Level: 54 Type: ICE Ability: Ice Face Nature & Characteristic: Lax | Often Lost in Thought Moveset: Powder Snow, Tackle, Mist, Weather Ball, Icy Wind, Headbutt, Amnesia, Freeze-Dry, Hail, Aurora Veil, Surf Met at Ice Path (level 27) | April 29, 2020 Because of how he looks, he nearly got stepped on in the Ice Path. They wound up joking about how much it would have hurt both sides had that been the case, and after being reminded of an odd 'curse' he'd heard from home, Emporio decided to therefore name him this.

He ultimately proved to be a bit more than the cat could chew however, so it seems to have decided to follow him around out of some sort of strange Honor-bound agreement. Now that they've evolved it's even more apparent- she keeps jumping in front of him and starting fights! Stop that!
